What you may not know about Michael Franti is his love for yoga. Michael Franti avidly practices yoga and regularly holds open yoga sessions before his performances. These sessions are often held in public spaces near the venue where he is performing. In fact, last year when Michael Franti & Spearhead performed at the Melody Tent last year, he held a yoga session in a green space in downtown Hyannis!
Michael Franti is also an owner and co-founder of Soulshine Bali, a hotel and yoga retreat in Bali. The beautiful retreat looks like a great place to vacation and distress. Michael Franti is a successful guy who seems incredibly happy, so he must be on to something!
